The Canadian Hydropower Association releases Paths Forward: Hydropower and Indigenous Relationships across Canada

Ottawa, November 22, 2018 – The Canadian Hydropower Association (CHA) is proud to release Paths Forward: Hydropower and Indigenous Relationships across Canada. The publication is a follow-up to a version released in 2015 and, much like the first edition, is a collection of stories that highlight positive and progressive relationships that Indigenous communities and the hydropower sector have built together.

“We, and our members, are proud of the work that has been done with Indigenous communities and this document highlight positive development,” said Anne-Raphaëlle Audouin, CHA President. “We hope that this document, and the telling of these great stories, will encourage the industry to continue to build on the progress done to date.”

Paths Forward: Hydropower and Indigenous Relationships across Canada features articles from BC Hydro, Brookfield Renewable, Columbia Power, Innergex, Manitoba Hydro, Nalcor, Ontario Power Generation and Rio Tinto.
