On November 17-19, the industry will gather in Ottawa for the only national conference dedicated to tidal, offshore wind, wave, and river current energy. This premier event brings together industry leaders, innovators, policymakers, researchers, Indigenous partners, and communities working to advance Canada’s marine renewable energy sector. Under the theme Powering Canada’s Clean Energy Future, the conference will explore how marine renewables can strengthen Canada’s energy system, drive economic growth, and accelerate the global energy transition.
With the Sector Vision 2050 projecting an estimated $12 billion in GDP from construction activity alone and more than 115,000 jobs, this is where the ideas, partnerships, and momentum come together to turn opportunity into action. Over three dynamic days, participants will explore the policies, partnerships, technologies, and investments shaping the sector through expert panels, technical sessions, and networking events.
